科技日报讯 (邹争春 记者陈磊)中美科研人员历经2年联合研究发现,新型蛋白MG53对感染、创伤、缺血等多种急性肺损伤具有保护作用。该蛋白能像“创可贴”一样,即时修复各种损伤对细胞膜造成的“伤口”,为临床急性肺损伤治疗提供新思路。7月18日,相关研究发表在《自然》杂志子刊《自然通讯》上。
该研究由第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所心血管内科曾春雨教授、陈垦博士等组成的团队和美国俄亥俄州立大学麻建杰教授团队联合完成。
